Step 1: Initial Consult
Price: $150
During your initial one-hour consult, we:
assess your current setup
cover the keys to a successful garden and planting seasons in your area; all of our methods are organic, sustainable, and regenerative where possible. We don’t want to eat toxic food, so we don’t garden that way.
discuss best locations for the garden
plan next steps for a design or coaching
One hour is sufficient to discuss, measure, and take pictures of the one area of the property where you envision putting a garden. If you would also like to discuss other areas of the property, additional time will be billed to allow ample opportunity to touch all bases without feeling rushed.
This price covers any location within 30 minutes of northwest Lewisville. A travel surcharge applies for any distance beyond 30 minutes. Clients who are an hour or more from Lewisville are encouraged to meet over Zoom for the initial consult at a discounted rate.
Please note: Credit card fees are a big drain on a small business. After your initial consult, a 3% fee will be added to any purchase should you choose to pay with a credit card. Payments via Zelle, check or ACH Transfer incur no extra transaction fees and are encouraged.
Step 2: Garden Design
Price: 10% of overall rough estimate; this is a nonrefundable deposit
An expert design maximizes the potential for your space. You will receive a full graphic rendering of the space, follow-up consultation to finalize details, and detailed estimates for making the dream into reality.
Planting Plan
Price: $1.75 per square foot of planting space
Don’t know what to put where? We can help. We will customize a map with you of which plants you can put into your garden specific to your growing season at the time. We utilize intensive planting methods to maximize your space and improve soil health through biodiversity. We recommend a coaching session accompany the first Planting Plan so you can see how and why we created the Plan as is.
Coaching Sessions
One Hour In Person: $150 plus plants and materials
One Hour Virtual: $100
Whether you already have experience or are just learning how to garden, coaching makes you an expert in your space. We will address any challenges or questions you have while you learn planting seasons, how to plan and tend your garden, optimal watering methods, maintenance, troubleshooting organically, harvesting, and more.
If we have just installed a garden for you, we recommend coaching sessions once a month for at least three months to gain momentum and help you build a sense of the rhythm of gardening.
Step 3: Installation
Price: Depends on size; detailed estimate pending completion of Design
We can take care of every aspect of getting your garden in place and growing. After you approve the Garden Design and detailed estimate, we deliver and install all the components you need to get your garden in place: raised beds, soil, pathways, plants, trellises, etc. You skip the hard work and get straight to enjoying your garden.
Maintenance
Price: Depends on frequency and size of garden
Proactive maintenance is the best defense of your garden. Lacking the time to tend your garden? Want a hand when replacing plants and seeding new ones? We can help with that.
